ValetScript collects the following personal information to provide the Service.
- Google sign-in: email address, name, profile picture
- YouTube channel connection: channel info, upload permission (OAuth tokens)
- Payment: payment method information (processed by PortOne; we do not directly hold sensitive data such as card numbers)
- Service usage records: credit usage history, content generation records
- Device information: browser cookie ID (for credit management of non-logged-in users)
- When opted-in to notifications: Firebase push tokens
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Member registration and identity verification
- Provision of AI-based content generation services
- Provision of YouTube auto-upload functionality
- Credit and subscription payment/refund processing
- Service usage management and customer support
- Sending service notifications such as upload completion
3. Retention and Use Period
- Member information: until account withdrawal
- Payment/transaction records: 5 years (per the e-commerce law)
- Non-logged-in cookie credits: until cookie expiration (30 days) or sign-in conversion
- YouTube tokens: deleted immediately upon disconnection
4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
We outsource personal information processing to the following providers to operate the Service.

The Service uses cookies to maintain login state, store language settings, and manage credits for non-logged-in users. You may decline cookies in your browser settings, but some service functions may be limited.
