Terms of Service

1. Service Introduction

ValetScript ("the Service") is an AI-powered automation tool for YouTube content creation, providing title/description/tag generation, thumbnail creation, script drafting, and YouTube auto-upload features.

2. Conditions of Use

• You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
• You sign in via a Google account.
• Trial use is available without sign-in within a 15-credit limit.
• Users must not use the Service to create content that infringes others' copyrights.

3. Credits and Payment

• The Service operates on a credit basis. Credits are deducted when each feature is used.
• New users receive 15 free credits upon sign-up.
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-service payment.
• Subscribers to a monthly plan can use all features without credit deduction during the subscription period.
• Payments are processed through PortOne, supporting PayPal (international) and card payments (domestic).

4. Refund Policy

• Credit packages: Pro-rated refunds are available for unused credits within 7 days of purchase.
• Subscription plans: Pro-rated refunds may be requested within 3 days of subscription start.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of service.

• Repeatedly invoking the Service via API or automated scripts.
• Using another person's account or sharing accounts.
• Generating false information, hateful content, or illegal content using the Service.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service.
• Improperly bypassing or manipulating the credit system.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by the Service is created automatically by AI; accuracy or suitability is not guaranteed.
• Final review and use of generated content is the user's responsibility.
• Scripts entered by users are not stored after AI processing.

7. Service Changes and Suspension

Service content may be changed or temporarily suspended for operational or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced in-service or by email in advance. In the event of service termination, refund procedures for unused credits will be communicated.

8. Disclaimer

• The Service does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs comply with YouTube policies.
• We are not responsible for upload failures caused by external factors such as YouTube API policy changes or Google account suspension.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or internet outages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In case of a dispute, please first contact us at support@valetscript.com.
